Once every quarter we’ll check your Spectrum Protect/TSM server settings and configuration. We’ll make a report that details our recommendations for improvements. You decide if you want to implement the improvements yourself or if you want us to help.


No more worries about Spectrum Protect/TSM housekeeping, daily backup checks and operations. We will remotely monitor your environment by performing daily checks and small administration updates. A ticket strip system ensures easy access to specialist support when required.


Once every quarter we’ll update your Spectrum Protect/TSM server to the latest level (within one major release). If you want, we’ll update client software as well.
